School closed Tuesday 24 March

This afternoon the Prime Minister has announced that the country is now at Alert Level 3 for Covid 19 and will be going to Alert Level 4 within 48 hours. Effectively this means everybody in the country will be going into self-isolation from Thursday.

This means that all schools will be closed from tomorrow for at least a period of four weeks, which will take us through until the 22nd of April as an absolute minimum.

Students may attend school tomorrow and Wednesday if their families are workers in essential services, for example Police, ambulance and healthcare providers. From Thursday school is closed to absolutely everybody.

Staff have been working hard on providing distance learning opportunities for students, and we will continue to develop these.

If you have any queries or concerns about your child’s learning in the coming weeks please contact their teacher in the first instance. For general inquiries or if we can be of any support to you whatsoever please contact us at We will post regular updates on the school website, Facebook page, and App.

The next few weeks will come with challenges, please take good care of yourselves and stay informed.
