A mission statement is a statement about how the vision will be enacted or evidenced. Our vision is evidenced by Royal Oak Intermediate providing: A safe secure learning environment. Students will learn successful life transition skills as an emerging adolescent in a values driven culture. They will be provided with diverse, relevant, engaging, learning opportunities. We will actively engage the community, involving parents, students and other stakeholders in important learning decisions Our students will become confident, connected and actively involved in life long learning. School Rules In keeping with the School's Mission Statement, the guiding philosophy at Royal Oak Intermediate School is the belief that the best and most suitable ‘rules' are those which can be applied to daily living and which extend well beyond the child's school days. The school Polices can be found at School Docs. This site contains Royal Oak Intermediate School's policies, procedures, checklists, and forms. From time to time, parents, staff, and Board members may be requested (via email or a notice in the school newsletter) to review and comment on a specific policy.
